I went to this salon for a while I loved it I loved the prices the color I had gotten done well than again anyone could do a solid dark brown right. I decided it was time for a change, so I decided to get a ombrÃ© I had beautiful long thick hair and instead of being told the truth " you are better off going somewhere else because I am not up to date on how to do a ombrÃ© " I was told sure it'll cost $100 bucks okay great. It's pretty sad the person I trusted most with my hair failed me. She ruined my hair completely went back to have it fixed only to be told i couldn't dry it for 24 hours the second time around , but when honestly she knew she messed up even worst than the first time. I even posted a review on Facebook and was blocked because hair haven knew what they did wrong. No refund and no offer to help repair it nothing. I highly recommend you staying away from hair haven. It's been a few months and my hair has never repaired . everyday it falls out , it's completely ruined and looks disgusting my hair was everything I lost my self esteem, my confidence went into depression and gained the most ridiculous amount of weight hair haven ruined my appearance not to mention almost a grand trying to do treatments to repair it and still nothing . Hair haven has caused nothing but emotional distress for me.if only I could post the photos of my hair it's probably the worst thing anyone could do To another persons hair.

Showed up at my appointment early and even stayed past the time it was scheduled only to have no one even show up. Will not be going there again

I went here after hearing positive reviews only to be extremely disappointed. I went in to get a full color and highlights. When I walked in no one greeted me, felt extremely awkward and then finally spoke up myself to say I was there for my appointment. My stylist (Jen) didn't say a word to me or ask about the colors I wanted. I showed her a picture and still she said nothing just started on my hair. Afterwards it wasn't what I wanted. I will not be going back or recommending it.
