Very disappointed in my haircut. Asked for a layered cut. The young lady cut the back short and kept the front long. This is why I don’t like getting my hair cut. Hoping someone can fix it. I didn’t notice it until my hair dried and they were already closed. Very disapppointed. I wish I could upload the pictures to show you what Hailee Holm did to my hair.

This place is highly unprofessional. Two of the stylist sat in a back row of chairs on their phones gossiping about who knows what, one would think there was plenty of work to do. Two of the others found work to do while the other two watched and continued on their phone. The others were respectful enough to go to what i assume was the breakroom when they had downtime. I wasn't here for my hair but i would not come back just based off of my expercience here with someone else. The plus side is my daughter's stylist was very helpful and accommodating. If you're looking to get your hair done here i would see Hallie, danielle or shelby.

Im a little confused on what the point of making an appointment is, if it wont be honored. I had an appt at 1245 with danielle, and at 115 she still pretended like she didnt see me. I ended up leaving after i heard her tell the client she was helping that she still had a list of things to do today. Its super unprofessional, and was a very slow morning. Never going back.
