I had the best experience with this place! I know very little about hair and wanted to be adventurous by getting a perm. I have very long, thick hair. Kristi had me send her a picture of my hair and a picture of what I wanted, and was very honest with me about what was possible and what things to be aware of before I ever even went in. The ladies here are wonderful, and I left with hair that I absolutely LOVE! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone!

A few weeks ago, I decided to experiment with me hair. It went wrong. New Creations was able get me in early the next day to assess the damage I had done. These ladies are amazing! Friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. It was by far my best salon experience ever. Thank you Kristi, Heidi, Erika, and Sally for helping make my disaster into something I love.

After having many terrible hair cuts and being very scared to go anywhere anymore, I decided to finally (after 9 months) to go somewhere local and bite the bullet and get it done. Decided to go with something pretty short and not anything I would usually do. The girl that helped me (I think it was Alexis? She's been there since February) did a FANTASTIC job and was sooo sweet. She constantly asked me if I liked it and always wanted to make sure that I was happy. I left feeling more confident then I have in ages and for the first time in years, i can wear my hair down without styling it. Thank you for giving me my confidence back and making me feel 100%. I will always go back for her. And for only $25?! STEAL!!

I called last minute and they were able to slide me in due to it being in-between seasons for busy-ness....Heidi worked with me on a whole new color and style and I love it!! ❤️ She was very friendly and knew her stuff! I would definitely go back!!! (Note: no computers so they do not take credit card, take some cash!)😉
