I came in wanting a great hair cut, something new and fresh but instead I got a horrible chopped up hair. I'm really disappointed specially after paying $50 dollars for it and not getting what I wanted. I have received nothing but horrible compliments maybe because the unevenness is soooo obvious, I have even been told my hair looks like a horse came behind me and chewed on it. I tried calling to see if someone could fix it but instead I was told that in order for someone to fix it for free I would have to see the same person other wise I would have to pay again for another haircut. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that after having such a bad experience with someone I would want to go back again with that same person.

Iâ€™m disappointed :( the first time I went there, I loved it. This is the 2nd time and got highlights done but they donâ€™t start from the roots. Looks like Iâ€™ve had them done a couple months ago. I went back to get them fix cause it was on the front and it looked really bad, she fixed some but as soon as I got home I could see it was all around and not just the front part.

(Jessica)I went into this place with high expectations. I had heard great things and Iâ€™m sure most of the hairstylists in there can do a great job. unfortunately, for me when I walked in to get my hair done platinum blonde for a Trip I was going on, I was stuck with Jessica, a girl who seemed nice but honestly doesnâ€™t have a clue what she is doing with hair and toner. I showed her a picture of a very light yellow blonde(highly achievable on my hair) I was in a huge rush to leave and when I looked at my hair on the dark lighting I couldnâ€™t see the details I saw when I got home. my hair was GREY/BLUE. Iâ€™m talking about warm grey tones clashing with bright icy blue. I called several times to get this fixed before I was going on a trip, but our schedules wouldnâ€™t allow for an appointment and no one else would fix it except her.(so I had to go on my vacation being make fun of for having blue hair) I also had never paid more for another hair stylist in my life, especially for such a horrible dye job. Jessica purposely never told me how much it would be until the end, and then when we were finished and as I was in a huge rush to leave, she told me it would be 190, Iâ€™ve paid 110 to get my hair really blonde and had better luck.. also I tipped her 25$ before I could see how my hair really looked. You would think with such a big tip she would attempt to fix it. She finally contacted me saying that I could drive the 40 minutes out to her, but it would only be a â€œconsultationâ€ for a paid session. She tried to make even more money off of me of of her mistake. Weeks pass by and I am way to busy moving to make the trip out there, and not only did those colors fade into a color that is the exact same as what it was before, but my hair was extremely dry and strawlike to where I had to get a Brazilian blowout and a haircut to make up for all the mistakes she had made. I hope that you all go somewhere else and save your money off of newly hired people like Jessica.

Lindsey is great. My natural hair color is black, so it's taken me close to two years to get it as blonde as it is now. I recently moved to Oregon, so I was extremely nervous about finding a new hair stylist, a girl with really awesome cotton candy blue hair recommended me to Lindsey and I'm glad I gave her a chance. The only reason I didn't give five starts is because the wait was a little long.
