Have always had a great cut and great customer service until today. Took me son in for a hair cut front desk was great but the lady that cut my son's hair acted like she didn't want to do anything and that it was an inconvenience for her to do her job. Did a hack job on his hair nothing like we asked for. Pushing hard on the clippers to the point where my son was saying ouch out loud and she didn't say sorry or anything. I will be back but we will never let her touch our hair again.

Got a hair cut, beard trim, and wash. Lady there was very rude. Rufused to be polite and wasn't willing to talk. She rushed as fast as she could and messed up my hair. When giving me a trim it was like she was trying to shear a sheep. When she washed my hair she was acting like she was trying to get a stain out of a shirt. Went to visit my mom afterwards and she couldn't believe how bad it was. My mom had to recut my hair in all the places the lady at great clips missed. Not happy at all.

I went today to get my hair cut by a certain person. The ladie at the desk said she was on break for 6 more min. Ok ...20 min later I'm still waiting. ..will not go back this happens a lot..

Excellent customer service and great prices! We go to Leslie and she cuts all our family's hair for the last few years. She knows exactly what I want and gets it right everytime. Also my son has ADHD and is very fidgety and ticklish and he loves going there and Leslie is patient and gentle. We always leave happy and I definitely recommend to all my friends to go there!
