I took my wig in to show the stylist the color and cut I would like for my hair. I have fine, thin hair and it took me 7 months to grow it out in a page boy. I had been wearing a wig for a year. I told the gal I what color and style I wanted and had the wig to show her. She asked the stylist next to her, what color she should apply and was advised to use bleach. The stylist said she may have tou leave the bleach on when she went to pick up her step daughter nearby at dance class (which was fine by me). She wasn't able to get her child as the process of doing my color took too long and she sent another relative to get her child. The color was nothing like my wig - my hair was hacked - too short at the back, and long layers at the front which were nothing like wig I showed her. I am not the type of person to complain, but this was the worst hair cut I have ever had in my life, and it will take forever for it to grow out. If a stylist does not want to try to do a cut or color you request, why even bother. It will take me a year to grow this hack job out. I am embarrassed to go without my wig and disappointed regarding the outcome of this attempt to get my hair looking half decent. The stylist was very nice but cutting and coloring are just not her talent in my opinion. Wish I had done some research prior to making my decision to have my hair cut here. I never complain, and try to cope with whatever comes. When you pay a lot of money for a cut, it is sad that one does not make an effort to ask what a client requests. Karen Roy
