My hair was butchered. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.

My hair was butchered. Apparently blow & style isn't included in the $45 charge and I have naturally wavy hair so it wasn't obvious how bad the cut was until I styled it at home. I cried. To add insult to injury, the salon's regional manager has not returned any of my many calls to discuss a refund. The manager at Perfect Look told me it's not their policy to give refunds and I find that just appalling given the horrible service I received. I even tipped the stylist so I'm out a total of $65! It cost me $75 to get it recut properly (that included a blow & style, btw) and it took my new stylist over an hour to fix it. If they did this to me, they could do it to you. Take your business to an actual hair stylist and bypass this butcher shop altogether. You'll thank me, I promise.

This is a shame . Post is from my mother. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! My sister and I went to Perfect Look Salon in McMinnville Oregon today. It was the worst experience. We asked how long of a wait. Braxton said 45 minutes. We said ok. Braxton repeated his self 3 times. I told Braxton, yes I heard you three times, Braxton, became very upset started saying that he was sick and tired of clients coming in there thinking they can yell at him. First of all I was not yelling. I turned 2 my sister told her let's leave in Spanish, he yelled at us and said yes go down the street where they speak Spanish. To me that was very racist. I told him I was born here and I had every right to be here. I don't know what his problem was his name is Braxton works at Perfect Look in McMinnville Oregon.

Braxton gave my son (5 years old) the best haircut he has ever had. I’m very picky and won’t take him to places like Great Clips because of bad experiences, but I’m SO glad we found Braxton. He is patient, calm and great with my little one (and pleasant and patient with mom, too). We love him so much that my boyfriend now uses him, as well. When I’m due for my next cut (very long hair), I’ll be following the family. By far the best guy ever, you won’t be disappointed. (And just for the record, I do not know him personally, nor have I ever met him outside the salon. True and honest review.)

I went ther cant and don't want to remember the girls name that cut my hair. Called talk to the mgr in person she tried saying all kinds ofshitwent yesterday for my comp hair cut. She just hacked and did a horrible job like she didn't care that I was there because her employee ducked up my hair to begin with as I wq driving home I jotic2d that that side swoops of my hair "pixie cur " one side was longer than the other so I went right back and all she could say was Jim one is perfect. I get that but they supposedly went to school to cut hair. Well I will never go there again that's like the 5rh time from 4 different perfect look salons that ubmce had a bad experience. Thanks for the comp hair cut front he manager but no thanks won't be back I give this plac er a negative 5 stars...........

Hair was not cut to my asking it is used even and left very choppy. I had to explain 3 times what I wanted and still left unhappy...now my hair is too short to get fixed and I'm stuck with uneven horrible haircut until it grows out and I can find someone to fix it.
