Luckily the owner has a few friends to come on here and give some good reviews, albeit rude in and of themselves. I, unfortunately, was met with the same rude woman others had experienced. I guess not much has changed in 5 years.
The overpriced services and poor customer relations will not benefit this place in the long run, so I'll take my money elsewhere for great services at half the price. You would be wise to do the same.
You can see what you'll be getting with the response from the business owner below. Common sense: If you don't want to check your business email, maybe don't offer it as an option for people to contact you. There was more than an hour between when I emailed and when the appointment was supposed to be, though I had not ever confirmed it. I had follow up questions before saying I would be there, so that should have been enough to indicate the appointment was not confirmed.
Despite emailing multiple times, this was the outcome and it's unfortunate. The way this was handled was very unprofessional and lacked any compassion for others.
