This salon is absolutely awful in every aspect, ranging from their extremely poor customer service to their highly incompetent practitioners and low quality services. I've been waxing for over 10 years and have never had any problems until visiting this salon. This salon actually waxed off a good chunk of my eyebrow. They used the wrong kind of wax that bled and stripped off a major chunk of my eyebrow. When I went back to complain, they offered minimal compensation and approached my situation with extreme hostility and defensiveness. Their idea of compensation was a free eyebrow wax, which was absolutely ridiculous - why the hell would I ever return. Furthermore, the salon repeatedly denied my request for a conversation with the owner. It has been five months and my previously lush eyebrows have not grown back, despite the salon's claims they would grow back immediately. For your own sake, do not visit this salon. They are actually doing a disservice to everyone in the community - here's hoping it gets shut down soon.

Such a cool building. The staff are really great- we love Mikayla and Christina. It can get pretty pricy but the quality is there to back it up. I got an amazing massage there once too.

I like to think I give everyone a fair chance but this place was horrible. I went in to get a baylage to transition from brown to blonde. They colored my hair wrong so I have horrible noticible lines where the dye was put, weird dyed spots, and extremely over processed hair that goes from brown to bright blonde 2" from my roots. On top of that, they cut my hair wrong so it was noticeably uneven. I went back to have them fix it but they barely did anything and told me I would have to deal with it because my hair is over processed. I asked for my money back and the best they could do was give me a gift certificate with my name on it for the service they messed up on which means I lose out since why would I trust them again with my hair. Don't go here if you're looking to get your hair done because if they mess it up you're stuck with it.
