They give good haircuts. Customer service is not so great. They rarely answer phone calls and never return calls when leave a message. I have made appointments and then they serviced walk ins ahead of appointments. They used to be great when they first started and now service has gone down hill. Me and three boys would always get cuts there. We have decided to go elsewhere after 3 years with them. Truly disappointed in service.

I was pleasantly surprised with my new haircut. My stylist knows how to cut Asian hair very well. I came with a bowl hairstyle and I came out with a chic short bob! I had a short hair that took 45 minutes from start to finish. The price is very reasonable and the place is clean. I will definitely return. I am very happy to have found this salon.

Nice staff and always happy with my haircut. $35 for ladies haircut which is good compared to other salons near me.

This is the best hair salon you will find in all of Tigard and I've lived in the area for 50+ years! Fast, friendly and accurate down to the last little hair. Either Leon or Tu will do you right
