I can't speak highly enough about Brooke! I'm usually not one to write reviews, but I feel like it is important to share my experience, which reflects not only the results with my hair but the way I felt and was treated while I received my services. Brooke put an attention to detail into my experience, which made me feel pampered and appreciated. As I was there for an all-over color and Brazilian blowout, she took a great deal of time and consideration in helping me determine the most complimentary brown for my skin tone. It turned out just as I had hoped, btw-- a rich, chocolate brown, with a ton of shine. As for the blowout, I had never had one. I was deciding between a Brazilian and a keratin treatment, and Brooke was able to educate me on the difference between the two services. I was concerned that my already fine, porous hair might not tolerate the service, but she reassured me that the Brazilian actually strengthens each hair follicle. Honestly, it sounded a bit too good to be true, but after seeing and feeling the results, I was blown away. I'm so excited at the amount of time the Brazilian will save me in my morning routine. I highly recommend Brooke, and look forward to my next appointment with her!

Emily Kegelmyer is extremely unprofessional and rude. After being a loyal customer for years, I am through. When she wants to, Emily can offer a great cut and color. But her unprofessional attitude is too much to handle. I stood by her when she lost her job at Salon Be and went to her in her home. I stood by her when she jacked up her prices at a new facility. Then the cancellations started. First it was she had a professional class. Later, she let it slip she was on a girlfriends trip out of town. Next, she showed up late, put three foils in my hair and disappeared. A co-worker showed up later to say Emily was sick and could not finish my hair. If she didn't want my business, she could have said so. If she really was sick, she could have sent me a text ahead of time and not wasted my time. Childish and rude. I even gave this woman a wedding present. Beyond belief.
