I'm very particular about certain things. One of these things is hairstylist. Before moving to the area, I had seen the same stylist for 20+ years. So, for months after my move, I struggled to find a stylist I was comfortable with or really understood what I wanted. The stylists at this SmartStyle are phenomenal. They really listen to what I want, try to execute that vision with their skill and, make necessary adjustments to make me look fantastic. They are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to give their customers the best service. Amber is my go-to stylist followed very closely by Kiersta, but honestly, they are all awesome stylists and awesome people. You really can't go wrong here.

I didn’t get the name of my stylist but she gave me a great cut and color for a fair price (60$) last minute. She was alone because it was later in the evening and handled my hair and three other cuts. Ignore the bad reviews, they must be outdated

Bad service to say the least. I had to sign a waver to get my eyebrows done which is beyond unnerving. The woman almost pulled my hair out drying it, was rude from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was tense, unpleasant and the service was the same. And my haircut just felt and looked like she chopped at my hair with scissors. Would not go here again, especially with the prices included! 35$ for a haircut (without blowdrying) and waxing of the eyebrows and lip. Ridiculous. Especially with THAT kind of service.

Get Juila she is great takes her time ..not a 5 min cut...funny. talks to you and never feel rushed. All in all a great cut for 16.50 ....will be back
