Great service! The barber is very meticulous and friendly. Have good recommendation on the haircut. I am happy that I came here to make sure I look good for my graduation. Highly recommended for others to try out!

Terrible reservation service, canceled my reservation for no reasons, I made an reservation on March 15th, and the reservation is for March 17th. I got an email remind me about the reservation on 16th, but for no reasons, I got another email claims that my reservation was canceled. Tried to call them several times, no one answers, and no voice mail available. Horrible system.

The new senior stylist rocks! It just took him a few minutes to decide which style fits me and it worked. He does excellent job, sounds like an artist. Rumor has it that he did hair design for some Hongkong movie stars, I believe it. Definitely recommend, especially for lady hair styles.

Service is honestly horrible. Got there like 20 minutes before waiting time, I was still told that I had to wait like an extra 20 minute. They are not even sorry about it, it feels like they are trying to tell you just deal with it. They literally shower your hair with the hands they had just been smoking cigarettes with. Don't even wash their hands before they touch your hair. Tip is a mandatory 15 percent which I thought was ridiculous. Service was horrible yet they still somehow forces you the 15 percent tip. Horrible experience, honestly would not go back any time soon.
