This is one place that I will never return to for a haircut. The store does not close until 5pm and I arrived at 4:30 to FIVE girls all sitting around doing nothing. Yet they told me that they should start cleaning up instead of cutting my hair. They said it was company "policy" not to accept anyone after 4:45 and I informed her that it was only 4:30. Her response was "Oh, I meant 4:30." What a joke this place is! After looking at the other reviews, I was probably better off anyway! This must be where lazy white trash go to work!
