My hair was not done well. A waste of money. I wanted to take it out right away. My natural hair was not braided small enough or tight enough for crochet braid style therefore my braids feel loose not on head. I have to keep pulling each braid tight or they stick up and will eventually fall out. Also you can see my braids somewhat underneath. So disappointed in this place. They can at least get proper chairs for their home/customers chairs are ripped with exposed cotton hanging out and dirty carpet that smells. I feel awful leaving a bad review but they should be aware. I would never allow people into my home like that. I would never live like that. If you own you’re property rip the carpet up get laminate floors that are easy to clean. Otherwise you buy carpet shampoo vacuum. Reupholster chairs with cheap material and a staple gun- it’s so easy have some humility. You don’t have to be proud but content with your surroundings. Cleanliness is healthiness and Godliness.

I would NOT recommend coming to this place what so ever. They are very unprofessional with appointment time. Very rude with their tone when speaking to you. They did not do my hair the way I requested after showing them a picture and complained about what I wanted was too much. I am a paying customer and I pay full price for your service it’s expected to do what the hell i ask if you know how to not because it’s for much because you OVERBOOKED your shop. Many people came in to get their hair done when made an appointment and couldn’t get their hair done due to poor timing. The shop smells like cat pee and it’s very dirty. They yank and pull on my head and my head isn’t even tender headed. They hair stylist talk to each other very loudly which causes them to pause and stop doing hair. I am so not pleased and DONT RECCOMEND

I got a Sew-In done here and it lasted a good while, Will be going back for a different style, I was a little concerned about going to a new place, I'm from Philly and I'm used too traveling back and forth too get my hair done.

This is my third time having my hair done at Fatima's but first time writing review. I moved to the area a little over a year ago and was concerned I would have to travel back to Philly to get hair done. Turns out Fatima's is only 15 minutes from me! My hair is medium to long in leanthgh and I don't want breakage so I prefer medium box braids. They always listen to what I want and it comes out perfect! Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was they talked in their native language the whole time... But they had the tv on so I was fine. And the place could use a little sprucing up. Other then that they are great.
