Brought my 3 kids in for hair cuts at opening and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes for all 3 cuts. The kids all liked their cuts I thought two of the kids barely looked like anything was done to them but they were happy with it.

My daughter and I both had our haircut this afternoon. Candy & April were both so sweet and welcoming. I have not had my hair cut in ages, so to be honest I was a bit nervous. Candy was so sweet. She made sure I was completely comfortable with my new length before cutting. I love my new cut.

What friendly people. Derlisha cut my hair for me. She did such a great job. Made my hair look so nice. She was a very nice and charming young lady. I was scared to get my hair cut but she was confident in her skills and assured me it was going to look great. She was right. Thank you Derlisha!!!

This location specifically has been nothing but issues for me. I've had much better experiences at the Lionville and Exton locations. I've gone here twice since moving to Thorndale and both times I left with a haircut that did not look good (uneven, missing spots, not clean). Also this most recent time I was stabbed in the neck with the scissors and started bleeding. Both stylists I got were not super friendly and seemed inexperienced and distracted. I won't be going back here and will need to find a new place to get my hair cut which is unfortunate. I used to love great clips (due to my experiences at other locations) but my experiences at this location have been bad. Management should have better training and quality control in place.

Very friendly staff. Can't always say it's my favorite cut when I go there but they have always been really friendly and carry on funny/goof conversations while your getting your hair cut.
