Was calling around for highlight pricing and spoke with Cynthia... called several places and found Hair Cutters prices were not much cheaper than higher end salons... when asked if I would like to schedule an appointment.. I was honest and said no thank you the salon closest to my home is about the same price so I'll just schedule an appointment at the salon closest to me... She hung up on me.. When I first called there was a noise ( interference) maybe background noise, I don't know... I called back to ask her why she hung up on me.. she said " this is a business, we don't hang up on people, you said there was interference.." I call bullshit Cynthia!! As I was asking questions you seemed as if it was a burden... I had questions before coming to the salon and it should not have been so irritating and let it be known you were irritated by the tone of you voice, it is a part of your job....I will most definitely call corporate as you were even more obnoxiously rude during the second call..

Worst experience ever! Team lead person was One of the most unprofessional people that I've met in my life. Will never ever step foot in a hair cuttery ever again! Especially this one !!!

If I could give it no stars I would. We just left, absolutely the worse hair cut on my 15 year old EVER. I never complain, never. The front is uneven it truly looks like a child cut it themselves. Unbelievable. Now I have to take him somewhere else to have it fixed.
