This past Saturday I made an appointment with Leesa (which works great by the way) at SmartStyle in Kennett Square. She is a wonderful and a great stylist. And more importantly she did a great job with my hair cut in giving me layers and angles. I enjoyed chatting away with her as well. Great stylist!

Asked for long layers, showed example pics, and I got a haircut that makes me look like a 60 year old man. And tipped 15 bucks and I regret it. Cut it with blindfolds on before going here.

Made an appointment the day before for a balayage but when I went in I was rescheduled till the following week. The girl before that asked me what I wanted but never scheduled me down for the balayage and to make manners worse I had to wait 15 minutes just to be told to come back some time next week. Highly disappointed if the hair stylist saw that they didn;t write me in for something she should have immediately called me and asked rather than let me drive 30 minutes to be rejected. Horrible booking experience!
