Usually dont have a problem here, but took my daughter in to get her bangs trimmed. Dont know if the scissors were dull, but her bangs were so frizzy after they cut them. Her hair is flat and never frizzy. Kind of disappointing. And 7.00 for a few minute job is beyond me.

Went in because I didn't have time to schedule with my stylist I always use. I didn't have a wait time cause I went earlier which was nice. The girl I had was named Ashley and she was incredible. I'm very picky about how my hair looks for obvious reasons but she did exactly what I wanted, the color is a tiny bit bronzy but that's expected when adding blonde highlights and I just need to use some purple shampoo to fix it. The price is also unbeatable, I typically pay 100+ for my hair to sometimes not look how I want it (which stinks cause I never do anything crazy but typically it's REALLY bronze or not enough highlights) whereas here I spent under 100 for a cut, full set of highlights, purple shampoo and a tip that was half the cost of my hair. I will definitely be returning to see Ashley in the future!

Had a train employee cut my hair. Then a employee to go over my cut to see if it was done right. Worse haircut I have ever had. Bangs were so crooked that now if I get it redone, by someone other that Smart Syles, my bangs will be so short I will look like a man. Never again will I visit this store. This is the second time the messed my hair up.

Horrible service I had an appointment for one time I showed up 45 minutes early they told me there were three people ahead of me no problem there I went and I did my shopping I came back at 2 exactly at my appointment time and they told me it would be another 45 minutes because there were still people ahead of me why take appointment if you're going to be so slow I wouldn't waste my time even trying here I ended up walking out and went somewhere else that at least knows how to keep an appointment
