I've been to many Ultas in many places. This one was the least helpful. I got told numerous times they'll be right with me. I'm understanding. So I waited. And waited and 25 minutes later just walked out. No purchase. No help.

I am really disappointed I have been a customer since the store opened day 1 but lately they seem to have forgotten that they are in the service industry. I normally don’t need help when I go in the store but when ever I do there never seems to be anyone available. Every time I tried to make an appointment at the brow bar its been horrific. I finally got a walk in appoint and was really happy with the service so I scheduled the next. I had to cancel and 3 times I called and was transferred and left on hold. I am done, I spend a lot of money in this space and would rather travel and get great customer service than go around the corner and be treated so poorly.

Best ULTA location! Associates are extremely helpful and friendly! I would not shop at any other location especially the one in Allentown. They are rude and the associates need customer service skills! Hooray for the Stroudsburg location! Love the manager, she is great!

I shop here constantly. My ultimate rewards points prove that BUT the reason to go there instead of shopping online is clearly Whitney at the benefit brow bar. Your brows will be the same

I went to the Ulta Salon to get my hair done for my husbands cousins wedding. There were 6 of us who went in to get our done. The stylist who was assigned to do my hair was less than professional and did a terrible job. When I showed her a picture of what I wanted (very simple braid across the side of my head with loose curls) her EXACT response was "Oh no, I can't do that." So I asked her if someone else there could do the braid and she flat out said "No." Didn't ask the other FOUR stylists that were there for help, simply just said no. She showed me a picture of a braid she did on another client and I told her I didn't like how tight to the scalp the braid was and I would like it looser so she said okay. When I told her how I wanted my curls done, even pointed to a picture they had on one of their signs hanging in the salon, she goes "Well, that's a blow out so I can't do that." This stylist did absolutely NOTHING to try to give me what I was looking to have done. She curled my hair, which didn't even last. The curls wound up falling out before I even left. I have great hair for curling and have never experienced this before. She attempted to do the braid 3 different times to which point I told her to just forget it. It was very clear that I was very unhappy with the final product and she did nothing to appease me. I told the woman at the register how unhappy I was and her response was "Well do you want her to do it again?" Of course not, she couldn't do it the first time around so I wasn't going to waste my time trying again. She did not offer to give me a discount or anything. I had to go back to my hotel room and COMPLETELY do my hair on my own. I was so disappointed in this salon and store. When telling this story to friend of mine who is a hair stylist she was disgusted. She said you ALWAYS ask your other stylists for help if you don't know how to do something a client is asking for. I would NEVER recommend their services to anyone.
