Keep looking! I had been here twice prior to the day that my usual stylist was out. The owner waited on me for a haircut and highlight. Several times during our conversation, she insulted my hairstyle as being "retro" or "old fashioned". She did not cut my hair at all like I had asked and turned me around to face the mirror only once she was done. After reading some of the reviews, I see that this is not unusual for her. I have never been more insulted by a stylist, yet alone the owner of a salon.
I agree with the other reviews that it's unprofessional that the stylists talk about each other, the owner, other customers and their personal lives. There is nothing "Elite" about this salon. With the owner's response to other honest reviews from women like me, I can see why some are posted as anonymous.
