I can't speak of their work but twice I have made an appointment through the mind body app and been called or told when I went in for the appt that they had to cancel because there wasn't enough time to do what I wanted. Why would they offer the appointment time through the app if there wasn't enough time to complete it?!?! Extremely frustrating! Once I can be understanding but twice?!?!

Can't believe this place had a 4.5 star rating. First, I walked in exactly at my appointment time. I waited 13 minutes for my hairdresser. She had just arrived before me so she wasn't behind with a customer. I showed several pictures and asked for a platinum blonde look. I know my hair normally takes this color because I e had it before. She showed me 3 color swatches that looked perfect. Well the color wouldn't pull, then it was very yellow. After finally finishing 4.5 hours later, my hair is a sort of ash blonde that I continue to see hues of orange. It looks awful! I didn't complain there because I thought it was ok there until it hit the sunlight. I think I was just relieved to be leaving there! I will never return or recommend!
