Grate haircut from staff. Thanks to Alina for best haircut of mine. She has so nice and be patient at time of her work. She understands what I want. I forgot my glasses in shop she remind me for that. Thanks lot Alia.

I called to check what the wait time really is, the app showed more than 1 hour. On the phone I was told that nobody was waiting. Well, that was not the case when I arrive 5 minutes later. The waiting area was full. Strange how so many people show up in such short time. Almost sounds like a conspiracy. The haircut was great, once I got over the wait

I stopped in this morning. The woman asked me for my phone number. I replied that I didn't want to set up an account , I just wanted a haircut. She told me they needed my phone number. I said - so you can't cut my hair without me giving my phone number. She replied yes. So I left and found another barber. I'm sure if I gave my phone number the next step would have been more information. So guess the new rules are no shoes, no shirt, no phone number no service. The location was the HBG PA store on union deposit road at approx. 9:15 on5/2

Don’t know how this place is even a Franchise they only do fades and trims and there not even good at that. I went there for a real hair cut and I told the woman the design I wanted (witch is very common) and she said “what’s that ?”, I never wanted to punch someone in the face so much, like what barber/hair school did you go to because you need to be refunded. Don’t recommend them at all but to each his own.
