I have been a customer at that salon for many years. I can honestly tell you there is no other salon that I have been to that I Can't wait to go back to. Everyone is so friendly, professional & personable. I would highly recommend these girls to anyone! There are some days I can spend 3 hours there of total relaxation,,,,from a manicure, pedicure, hair cut, eyebrows & eyelash extensions & LOVE every minute!! Do yourself a favor & book an appointment for any of these services, you won't be sorry!!

I have been going to Sanela for my hair for years as well as Jess for my nails for a little over a year. Both women are wonderful to deal with both personally and professionally. Sanela always does beautiful work and always asks how my husband and family are doing which is very comforting. I have never had my nails done by Jess and been disappointed. The quality of her work is some of the best that I’ve ever had (and as someone who’s had my nails done for years at other places, I have had enough experience to make that distinction). She is very personable and I love my Saturday mornings where I get to FAN GIRL with her over our joint love of KPOP. I’ve had my makeup, hair, and nails done here and I would never go anywhere else. Love you girls!

I found this location through a quick Google search for nail salons. The reviews seemed awesome so I thought it was worth a try. I was just looking for a pedicure. I found the building easily with Google maps. Upon arriving, the entrance was a little confusing as the building is shared with a pizza place. I figure out the door to enter, and found a bathroom and a tiny hallway with no real signage upon entering. At the end of this hall, (which started to remind me of something out of Texas chain saw massacre) I found a small tacky sign that read "sanela's salon" above the small entrance door. Once inside, I was not greeted, but stood there looking around. Upon making eye contact with a stylist, I informed her I had an appointment for a pedicure. I was then directed to a room where I was greeted by the nail technician, Jessica. The room was cluttered, and the spa chair was dated with no massage options. The room smelled foul, like musky sweat. Jessica seemed nice, but a little "off". I tried to make conversation, but each topic kind of ended with awkward silence. I was taken back by the lack of cross contamination practices. At one point Jessica had scrubbed my legs with an exfoliating scrub, and then she reached directly into the tub containing the foot mask she then used. She was wearing gloves, however, best practice would be to use a clean spoon or similar to dip into spa products. Using your hand after touching a clients feet, just isn't sanitary. Lastly, I was also disappointed that she didnt use a quality top coat on my toenails. Instead she used a quick dry polish, which I appreciate, but the polish isn't smooth or shiny because of the missing top coat. This location may be amazing for hair, but there is no way I can recommend anyone getting a pedicure here.
