I just wanted to come here and rave about Acmed. She was hands down one of the kindest and most knowledgeable stylists I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! She took the time to advise me what cut, colors, and styling best suited me-- and for probably the first time in 38 years of life, I actually well and truly LOVED my hair when I left the salon. Not only that, but I felt comfortable with the idea of maintaining it thanks to the products and techniques she suggested. I was only in town visiting my family for the weekend, but I would actually make the 2 hour drive just for the chance to work with her again in the future 🥰

ACMED turned my 3c thick, dense hair into pageant, runway hair! I've been going to salons for over 40 years, and my transformation has never been so amazing. She did a tea tree cleanse to address my scalp issues, and did a deeper conditioner to help my dry, colored hair. She blow dried my hair super straight, then curled it in layers. It's a week later today and it still looks fantastic. I haven't as much as brushed it and it's still very smooth and stylish. I highly recommend her services, and I'll be back!

My sister, my mother and I have all have very complicated hair, short styles and few people aren't intimidated by our hair. That's when Acmed approached us! She did an excellent job on all of us, and my mother especially is hard to please! She's experienced, loves creativity and is extremely easy to talk to! She has no issue with tough cuts, and knows how to dye and shave patterns into hair. She can even give great advice if you find that your hair style is boring you or just isn't working. Acmed is very talented! Please give her a shot if any of the above interests you~

First of let me say that if you are looking for a hairdresser who knows her stuff, book an appointment with Acmed and I promise you that that you will not be disappointed! My twin sister had gotten her hair done by Acmed about 5 weeks ago and she decided to take the 2 hour trip so she could get her hair touched up by her favorite stylist this weekend, and I decided to go with her again to the salon. I had been pretty hesitant to cut my hair for approx 3 years, but my hair was extremely damaged from years of bleaching it blonde and from styling it with heat nearly every day so much so that the majority of my length was snapping off anyhow. Acmed immediately recognized us when we walked in and she took the time to really figure out a plan on how to get my hair back to a healthier state by adding back a lot of the moisture that my hair had been desperately needing. When I showed her the picture of the haircut that I was hoping to get she told me that it was exactly what she was thinking about suggesting to me. She salvaged as much of my length as she could and helped me get a funky new hairstyle for these hot summer days! THANK YOU ACMED!!!
