Recently I have struggled with a bit of cystic acne on one side of my face due to stress and it was bad! I walked in Ulta without a real purpose but to look for something that could clear dark spots. I was greeted by two people when I walked in. I explained exactly what I needed, and was instantly directed to the Clinique products and to Sasha aka the witch doctor. Sasha was pleasant and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! I cant say it any louder. She looked at my face asked me questions about my habits and then went to work. And let me tell you, she worked. She explained what each product did, how it would benefit ME, the cost difference, how to use it and how often. She is an amazing skincare rep who knows her stuff. I was recommended a 7 day treatment and it is now day 5 and my skin has cleared up substantially. She even told me that some people look at her with skepticism when she explains that she has had severe acne; taking out a picture of herself from last year where she indeed suffered the same battle I am currently fighting. Ulta, you have a good one on your hands don't ever let her go or let her leave! Sasha I will be back boo!!

This is the second time I've been to this store. I only visited the second time because I was with girlfriends on a girls day shopping outing. The first time I wanted help to purchase some products and waited patiently for someone to help. I stood there waiting for someone who was helping someone else. When she was done she walked away without saying a word and I never could did her. There were several other employees talking and when I asked them for help they were looking for the other girl to no avail. I was in the store for an hour and a half and no one did ever help. Thoroughly disgusted. I went the second time yesterday with my friends and had the same experience with different employees. They are rude and the lack of customer service is terrible. They get one star because they do have a lot of products but if u need help with the products go somewhere else.

Lisa and Melissa at the salon did a great job cutting my hair. Highly recommend these two. The photo is what it looked like before Lisa worked her magic.

I have very sensitive skin so I end up buying the higher end products. The associates on the floor are very helpful and even recommended a new product. When I got up to the front end to check out, the cashier was not pleasant at all and I had to tell her I got a free product because I spent more then $50 on a certain product. Needless to say, she needs training in customer service. I usually shop at the west shore location and am considering going back.

I called and asked to schedule an appointment. I was told sure and was asked to wait for a minute. I was left on hold for over 8 minutes. When a second employee picked up they had no idea what I was waiting for (apparently first girl completely forgot about me). If you're too busy to schedule an appointment that's fine, but tell me instead of leaving me on hold. I was on the phone 15 minutes resulting in no appointment. On a happier note I was able to score an appointment elsewhere and everyone is saying the place I'm going to is very good🙂
