Typically I love this place and the girls there. My usual girls are still amazing and have my service but I will not be using Crystal again. I was quoted multiple times over the phone for $20-25 for simply curling shoulder length hair and adding some hair spray to it. I was told that the $50 dollars I was charge but they “kindly” discounted $10 so I paid $40. I was told this was considered a “specialty hair style” which is completely b.s. I was told this is reasonable for her spending an hour on it. I could have done this myself they didn’t help my mom try and find anything to do with it. My mother told her that she wasn’t sure what she wanted maybe some curls or feather is back as she had recently just cut her hair and got layers for the first time in years and she didn’t even try and give her an idea of what could be done or cute ways to style her new cut (she did not get this cut at revolution). I typically never have anything bad to say about this place but I am very disappointed on the service that was received yesterday. I bought my mom this as a gift for graduating college in her 50s and she left unhappy at what was done. When I called to complain i was asked why she didn’t say anything instead of finding a way to make us pleased customers, my mother is not one for conflict which is why she called me considering I made the appointment. I will continue to see my usual but I will never recommend Crystal. She lacked caring if the customer was happy and seemed as if she just wanted to rush her out for the next client.

Walked in and was taken right away. Amber cut my hair they way I wanted it cut and did an awesome job. Amber is cool and really nice. I will be going back to her to get another hair cut

Went to see Bri for lash curling and tint. Turned out great, I'm super happy with the results and her service was awesome. She even brought me back in for a touch up when the first tint didn't take because my eyelashes were to thick. Super customer service!
