So I called today. Got an appointment for 2:45. The traffic was heavy and I arrrived 10 minutes late. Checked in. The hair stylist was out on a break. Meanwhile 2 guys check in. The stylist came back. At 3:15 she takes one of the 2 guys. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 2:45.

Took my son to super cuts for a hair fix, bcuz a barber shop did an awful job on his hair. Meghann fixed it the best she could. She was super friendly, gave him advice on how to cut it once it grew back. We should've went to super cuts originally! Thanks Meghan

I take my son to Supercuts all the time but this last time was the best! The girl that cut his hair, Liz, was really nice, super fast, and even gave me some pointers to use on my other kids at home. I definitely request her and think she was great!

My wife had a terrible experience. We got told 3 different prices for a cut. She got there and the stylist barely cut an inch when she asked for 3 inches plus a lot of layers. The stylist didn't put any layers in. She asked for a shampoo, cut, and style and the stylist finished (after 10 minutes) and never blew dry or styled. My wife just left because she was so frustrated. Her stylist seemed very inexperienced. She would have asked to have it fixed but didnt feel the stylest could do so.

They were very busy and told us to call other location. The guy who answered just acted like he didn't want our business. Other location on tighlman was just as busy but were very friendly and still took our name.
