After being recommended by a friend I scheduled an appointment to get an ombre done. I showed my stylist what I wanted and I received the worst ombre I've ever seen! The colors were completely wrong and there was NO BLENDING whatsoever! After I alerted my stylist that I was NOT happy with how it had turned out the first time, she assured me she would try to fix it. I feel as if she rushed the "fixing" process and it came out even worse than before. Horrified with how my hair turned out, I had to go to another salon the next morning to fix what had been done. Staff seemed to be completely insensitive of my situation. Very unpleasant, very unprofessional and I will not return. ***Response to owner***
Well first of all the stylist should have done my hair correctly the first time as most people who call themselves professionals do. Do you think I wanted to stay until 10:45pm? The ombre was in a straight line across my head. The fact that you saw that and acted as if it was totally normal is ridiculous. Would you have said something if I hadn't? Is that the work you're proud of in your salon? Secondly my appointment for Saturday was NOT convenient for me. I had to work the next day. That is why I asked to come the next morning and you said there were no openings to fix the mess she made of my hair. I was too embarrassed to wait an entire day to fix it. I'd be stupid if I payed a penny for what was done to my hair. I now have to pay hundreds of dollars and take months to undo what was done.Thanks a million. 😊
