Just left my first appointment at Blown Away. I had booked a blow out with Barb online a few days prior based on her stellar reviews. I walk in and client in front of me is pitching a fit because at first she said she didnâ€™t make an appointment then says she did make an appointment and the salonâ€™s booking system made a mistake. She insists on seeing Barb. The owner comes over and says â€œsince Iâ€™m just getting a blowoutâ€ she can move me to another stylist. I was not offered an apology, or even a thank you from the owner let alone the other client. The stylist I was assigned to did not use protective product on my hair prior to blow drying or using the flat iron. I try to keep my hair fairly healthy and did not notice the lack of product until she was halfway through. Her fingers poked the inside of my ear repeatedly and she kept knocking my phone with the blow dryer. The blowout itself was ok, but the customer service in this salon left a really bad taste.

Just came here for brow tint. Jenn Flores is awesome!!! Explained everything she was doing including giving you options.

An awesome salon! The ladies there are wonderful, and listen to you. They don't do their own thing, because it's about you. Barb is fantastic, knows her stuff, plus keeps up on the industry which is important to her customers.

We are surprised by their lack of understanding and inability to recognize when they are making a situation worse. Be aware of their "exclusive" arrangements with make-up artists.
