Worst experience with hair color. Personal are rated senior, but do not have that level yet. Otherwise you will get what I asked for and not waisting time trying to restore your natural color and continue not getting what I was looking for. It is a nightmare. I lost the brilliance and natural color I used to have. Policy of not returning money is not fair. 😡😡😡😡

Most unprofessional lords and ladies, and overall beauty business I ever been too. I was rudely “greeted” by a young teenager at the front desk who didn’t smile, nor ask me how I was but just demanded my name. I felt the appointment was completely out of my hands the entire time and the hair stylist took off WAY to much hair then I have stated. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done (meaning color/with highlights) and the comparison is a joke. Not even close to what I wanted. The whole time I was there, employees were on their phones, or eating or being loud and unprofessional. Dissatisfied altogether for sure! Between the rudeness/cockiness of the young teen girls and the unprofessionalisnm.. I will not be going here or recommending this lords and ladies to anyone that is going intending on feeling better about themselves.

The pretzels were TO DIE FOR. They had the PERFECT amount of crunch and flavor. Can't wait for my brother's wife's next appointment!

They do a good job, but they trick you into getting treatments that cost extra despite not sharing that it will cost extra, and they will /most definitely/ especially try this on your kids!!! Women's cuts are also made to cost extra, even if it's the exact same hairstyle! This place is not at all worth it. Please listen to me when I say find somewhere else!!!
