I have never paid $20 for a blow dry in my life. And $10 for it to be flat ironed...and not even all the way done. Prices should be posted somewhere clearly visible for people to see. She never parted my hair or trimmed my layers like I asked either. Definitely was rushing. Never going to a Supercuts again.

An acceptable place, but last cut was sub-par. I am 6’2 and apparently have to scrunch way down for the hair dresser to reach my hair. That would be tolerable if i did not have to scrunch so far that the cut hair was covering my face. When she finished, she did not show me the cut before taking off the smock, nor did she wipe off the cut hair with a hot towel. But the service was quick and the results were good. EDIT: Previously, I accused the hair dresser of adjusting my charges to increase her tip, because the normal cut is $18 and I wanted to give a $2 tip, thus $20. After stating the tip I wanted, I saw the charge change to $17 and thought I was still charged $20, so I believed the dresser had changed the charge to increase her tip. I checked my transactions and the reply to my review is correct: I was charged $17, not $20. I apologize for the accusation, the dresser did not do what I thought she did. I adjusted the rating accordingly, removed the accusation, and altered my review.
