We have tried twice to book an appointment, and we were twice cancelled with short notice, with not much of a plausible explanation. Apparently, it sounded like the stylist we had requested, who had seen us before in another setting, did not want to see us. The only reason that I can think of is that we had disagreed at some point during the early phase of the pandemic about the use of masks, when the stylist was defying related state mandates. I did not find that the salon management handled this professionally, giving us excuses that the stylist was booked, or was not taking new clients, etc. while cancelling us with a few hours notice for appointments that were made days in advance. We would have really appreciated not wasting our time waiting for the appointments and for the stylist being upfront in the first place.
