I have been coming here for over a year. The haircuts have always been great and the staff always friendly. It's very affordable. For $15 you get a wash and haircut. The owner Grace is always around and very hospitable.

At Fashion Hair Mall Salon in Philly. I've been here once before and loved their work, so I'm back! I highly recommend this place!

I got the best haircut! Even though they were very busy, they took me without an appointment. I didn't have to wait long and the stylist "Mike" took his time and did a fantastic job. This place is great!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I requested that the owner cut my hair since I heard he was the most experienced and does a good job. However, he rushed to cut my hair and answered 4 different phone calls while I was in his chair. After he finished cutting my hair, he had 2 women blow dry my hair. What an awful blow dry experience. They treated me worse than a dog--poking my eyes with their fingers while trying to dry my hair and the one lady left the dryer in a spot a little too long and when I pulled away and told her it was too hot she glared at me and said "oh." What a joke. After, I asked her to hold a mirror in the back so I can see what it looks like...she held the mirror 5 feet away from me--as if I can see a thing that far away. When I took a closer look at my hair in the mirror to make sure things looked ok, I found that the cut was a little uneven--enough that it was definitely noticeable. I asked the owner if he could even it out and he refused and walked away saying that he did a good job on my hair cut. Left with a uneven cut and the worse hair cut experience of my entire life. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone and wish I could post a review on the outside of their store to warn the customers.
