I had a facial a few weeks ago. I would not recommend Honeydew for a spa experience.
Ambiance: The spa section of the Honeydew is located in the basement of the building. Its done up nicely, but its an old building, so when people were walking around upstairs, I could hear the creaking in the floorboards. This was a little distracting during my facial.
Personnel/Process: The people were very nice! Sheila was polite and professional, I just did not like what my face felt and looked like after the facial. First, I am used to having much more extractions done on my face..or more time spent doing extractions. I think she only spent about 60 seconds max with extractions. Im used to my face being scraped clean! Perhaps this is harmful, but I like it. At the end of the process, she slathered on a whole lot of face cream leaving my face feeling really heavy and greasy! I also had lots of lint from the towels left on my face. I was not happy with the process or the end result.
I am willing to try Honeydew for one more process, maybe facials are not their thing. I'll write a review for that procedure later.
