Went in March and the salon was FREEZING COLD! Even after I said something (3times) they refused to turn the heat on. Barely a trim, color and highlights cost 216.00 (without the tip) and didn't get the "free" shampoo I was offered. Honestly, I was so cold and tired of being there, i just paid and left. Stylist looked irritated when o tried to discuss a few different styles. No professional input or consultation whatsoever. This salon is very BASIC, so if you want a generic cut, stoic treatment and don't mind FREEZING this is the place for you. I won't be returning.

Horrible place ..... one visit I wanted to get my hair done in a fancy updo and the girl got snotty about it and was giving me a hard time about doing my hair that way because I was not going to a prom or in a wedding. So I said forget it and put it in a pony tail. Another visit with a different person ... I had a special necklace on it was a gift from my son, before she started I asked if I should remove my necklace since she would be using the clippers around my neck. She stated no it’s fine leave it on it won’t be in the way at all.... sure enough she cut my necklace off and when it fell off my neck all she did was say Oops and handed me an envelope and said here put it in this !!! She never said sorry or offer any kind of reimbursement for it. I was pissed !! I will never go back there again !!!!

I walked in and was greeted politely, I explained I was there for my eyebrows to be done. The stylist explained there was a 45min wait which I understood due to me being a walk in. She stated there were two customers in front of me so she suggested I go run an errand. I arrived back in 50min, the man that was waiting when i first came in was still there and stated he had been waiting for over an hour. I continued to wait for about another 10min but ended up leaving without any service. I felt uncomfortable with how the stylists had no problem gossiping loudly infront of the clients, but was not able to keep me or the other gentlemen waiting updated on how long it would be. This was my first and last experience at a Holiday Hair.

Got there at 6pm and was told a short wait, at 7:25 I asked how much longer. The 2 stylists that were doing color looked at me and shrugged their shoulders because they knew the other stylist was taking all day! The other which was doing a boys haircut Who she was with when I arrived at 6pm was running her mouth to the teenage boys mother the whole time while people are waiting. If No one is waiting go ahead and run your mouth but my time is valuable to me! This salon sucks avoid it! It should not take that long to cut a teenage boys hair. You deserve no Stars! They told me another 5 to 10 mins and she was already done, probably would of took the woman another 20 to count money. I literally cant believe the customer service at this place.
