I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I was given. Her name was Jericho and she was unprofessional. I had asked for a style to be done. She didn’t show me how much she was going to cut off, did not do a style. Instead She took upwards of 4 inches off, it was uneven on both sides. Did not do the style or blow dry my hair. I had to go back in after it dried and have her manager fix it. Very disappointed in this stylist and she took off more hair then I wanted. Would not recommend this girl to anyone! Be ware

I was there for weeks ago to have my hair dyed it was to be my whole head I had 4 in cut off the back an inch off the front and on top and the four weeks the hair dye did not hold and it was not the whole head I got brown coming through and it looks horrible wish I could post a picture cuz it looks really bad
