Quick service. Walk in or appointment. Never had a bad haircut in 20+ visits what more can you ask for.

Wasnt very happy, I felt like the person cutting my hair didnt know how to cut mens hair. She didnt make any conversation, in and out. Only went here because Sports Clips was super busy. Wont make that mistake again, I'll wait the full hour next time.

The only one that knows what shes doing is Melissa..took my son for a haircut and OMG it was a disaster!! From now on if Melissa is not there I wont let anyone touch my son's hair..

Well, I'm giving one star just because I used to like this place a lot, I like the franchise as well, haircuts for a decent price, but this belong to the past . First I took my son there to have his hair trimmed, the hairstylist was a little rude and impatient with him, which made him even more upset and less cooperative, he is a tot, so it got to the point the he barely got his bang trimmed and nothing else was done. He had gone several times before and I never had a problem.It looked ridiculous and I still got charged for a full haircut. I had gone several times before to the same place to have my haircut or trimmed. I decided to give it another chance. So when I went there for a haircut, the stuff wasn't friendly at all and the stylist that I got was multitasking and obviously not qualified to it, she was finishing someone else's hair, going to the front desk to answer the phone and every time she came back to me she would ask how I wanted my eyebrows waxed, even tho I had told her for the fifth time mine was a haircut, omg right?! I should had left at that moment. I truly regret. I told her I wanted a bob with layers haircut, just like the one you can find on supercuts website, on the style section. Well I can't even described what was done to my hair. I guess the best way to describe it is: what would happen if you give a scissors to a toddler and let the toddler cut your hair. If she had got me a man's haircut would be better. Look if you hiring new hairdressers, make sure to train them on the haircuts styles offered by the company! Make sure they are friendly and hold up to the company policy and standards. For all the years I went there never got the hot towel treatment or seen anyone get as well, but as long the staff was friendly and the service good I never mind, not the case anymore. Do yourself a favor, don't take your kids there specially if the are under 10. If you are a male the get military-style haircut go for it, but ladies stay away really! I don't even know how to get out of the house anymore, my hair or what its left of it is dreadful right now.
