No End!

The experience was fine. After the morning attitudes. They were a few minutes late which was okay too. I needed micro’s done for an event. My regular person had prior commitments. The braids were good but they began to unravel. Mimi did ask me if they tied a knot in the braid. I said no never heard of that. Well this is what she did mid way down the braid leaving hair sticking out. She mousse it so the pieces laid down. For the money I paid I shouldn’t have to repeatedly fix braids. So I called & Chandra got belligerent. Did you lose any braids? She said. I said no that’s no what I said I said the braids were unraveling.she wanted to argue but I didn’t feed into it. Well you can come & she’ll fix it she’s one of my best braiders. Which I wasn’t disputing l just said she doesn’t know how to end up the braid without tying a knot in it. I’m not going back for the repair I just wasted $$$ on a hairdo. The owner should have better etiquette! She probably thought I wanted my money back.

I've had my hair braided 3 times and have loved each style I received, the owner is very accommodating and the ladies are very sweet and professional.

Oh my goodness. They were so friendly and accommodating. I have had my hair braided a lot. They did not pull my hair or hurt me one time. Very professional. I found my new spot. I've been looking for a long time. I love my hair.

Made a same day knottless hairstyle appointment and during the entire session the stylist took several breaks to care for her 1 year old child. Unpleasant conversation with owner as she over talked me on the telephone as soon as I began explaining some things I had noticed a day after getting my hairdo. The owner asked me to send her a picture via text regarding any hairstyle problems. After sending a few pictures to the owner she was willing to have me return but indicated repeatedly that her stylish did nothing wrong. I was not happy and only desired a resolution for my hair to be fixed without requesting any amount of the $230.00 plus my tip I had paid her. I never expected to enda conversation so rudely by the owner summarizing things with don't come to the shop because a service was provided happy or not. This business doesn't operate on satisfaction, interested in taking anyone's money. Late arrival and doesn't open as times listed on website.

First time customer wanting to treat my sister who is autistic to something that would make her feel beautiful so I googled a braiding salon near her. Up came Immas in my search. I set up the appointment which was very easy and headache free. When the day came I was excited because my sister absolutely loved her hair! It was neat, long and beautiful. Its was just what my sister needed to lift her spirits! She doesnt go to salons alot so I was kind of concerned about how comfortable she would be by herself but she said everyone was super nice, made her feel right at home. That's big because too often there are salons where the atmosphere is less than friendly. I would reccomend Immas to anyone looking to have a beautiful hairstyle that will turn heads!

Just got my medium length kinky twists done today and the service was awesome. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Was in and out in no time but I dont feel like my braider rushed, she was just really good. I'm very pleased with the end result.
