I’m new to the area so I made an appointment a week ago for a blow out. I figured I’d see how well they did those before requesting a Brazilian blowout. I was 15 minutes early and at 5 minutes before 4 some man walks in and says he made an appointment the day before with the same person I was scheduled with. However he wasn’t in the system at all. She takes him in and gives him priority because they’re buddies. A coworker brought up to her attention that I was scheduled and she said all I was getting was a blowout. They have no parking so you have to pay at the meter parkings and now I’m having to wait til she finishes with her friend and catch up on the gossip who wasn’t in the system to begin with. After he leaves she tells me that it was a confusion and after she’s done drying another customer’s hair she’ll get to me. Takes her to the back and stays there a while. I left past 4:30 with my child. I have things to do and the whole reason for an appointment is to take time out for it. You’re better off just walking in or if you don’t mind wasting your time looking stupid and being disrespected then just go ahead and make the appointment. Never setting foot in that place again. Disgusting customer service.
