Lesson learned - took my daughter in here to get a simple trim. I wanted to cut a good bit of length off my 9yr old daughters hair because it was getting hard to manage. It was down to her lower back. I asked them to cut it about 2 inches BELOW her shoulders. It's shoulder length!!!
BUT To top that it's also about 1 1/2 inches shorter than the rest of the hair on the entire right front section !! I'll try to upload a picture later but it's awful! My daughter cried all night .. i don't know how you get a simple trim wrong. I cut my daughters hair in December and took about 2 inches off and I did a better job than this place and I've never went to any school!! Go somewhere else! Go to someone you know!!! I don't like to complain but felt the need to warn other people
