This was a terrible decision and I've learned my lesson. I took my daughter here just to get a simple trim - yes I did want to take a good bit of length off - my daughter hair was down to her lower back and hard to deal with so I wanted to cut it to a couple inches past her shoulders but the lady really messed it up ...it's shoulder length ! I don't know how you get a simple trim so wrong. That isn't even all - Her right front section is 1 1/2 inches shorter than the rest of it!!! I am so upset & my daughter cried all night -- go somewhere else!! Lesson learned I don't like to complain but felt the need to warn people
