I tried Supercuts for the first time. How bad could it be? I have thin very easy to manage hair and all I want it to cut a few inches off, straight cut, maybe a little angle around the face. Simple right? It took 3 cuts to get it to the length because when I said around shoulder length, she heard trim twice. Once after physically showing her the length. Wish I could've seen the back where she was starting to cut. Fine, third time is a charm. Until you get home and actually look in the mirror to find that it is completely uneven and the left side is longer than the right. Who knows what the rest looks like. Guess that will teach me to pay more and stick with the good salons, not the convenience of a walk-in. She was at least friendly... Guess that one thing that she had going.

Been going here for years to get my hair cuts. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that enjoy their jobs

Worst place I've been they asked me to sign in I came back an hour and 15 minutes and they still told me I had an hour to wait don't waste your money go elsewhere
