If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I learned my lesson. went in with a PHOTO of what I wanted. I had hair half way down my back and wanted a change. A cut to my shoulders and the unprofessional hair dresser (who complained about another 'stylist' while working on my hair!) cut it to my chin!!!! I am so unhappy. I was nervous going to this place to begin with, so now let me tell you I will NEVER EVER go back. I cant even go back and ask them to fix it as I dont have much hair left to cut!! Dont let the old lady with platinum blonde hair even touch your hair let alone cut it!!!
