Had purple put in my hair on May 25th it was totally out by the weekend and I only washed my hair once, waited 48 hours before I washed it holiday weekend called three times never a call back kept telling me the hair dresser that did my hair was not there. I have had purple put in my hair once before so I due know it will last a lot longer than 5 day what makes it even worse is no one had the decency to call me back

Christin was just wonderful with my 94 year old aunt. This cut and color is the high point of her trip and my aunt was delighted with her kindness, patience and knowledgeable professionalism. Thank you!

Bambi does a beautiful pedicure! I haven't had any other services. Staff seems to be nice and helpful.

Scheduled a hair color and cut and got a call 1 hour before my appt that the lady who was suppose to do it called in sick. 1 hour before my appointment. Incredibly great customer service smfh

Wow, I am very impressed! Personal Images did a fantastic job. I was greeted at the door, and I was given a glass of water. Felicia quickly directed me to the table, and she helped me understand details and prices. I was able to pick the color I wanted, and I love it. I will never underestimate the power of a great manicure again!
