I cannot say enough good things about Concepts. I had an exceptional customer service experience today. Covid still continues to make things unpredictable! When my appointment was rescheduled, the entire staff worked together to find me a new appointment. I was not only pampered but amazed by the excellent care I received. I'm an extension girlie and this type of care is hard to come by! My hair is always iconic when I leave Concepts. I cannot recommend them enough!

Kira is absolutely amazing! She has been working with me to maintain a hairstyle that leaves me able to still shine at work. The words that I have to describe my confidence in myself after an appointment with her are none because I just have a beautiful woman staring back at me in the mirror and I love her. Kira is great at listening to what I want but always thinks of the future of my hair and what it will look like in the future not just the immediate satisfaction of my hair that day. Can’t wait to make my next appointment! I love Kira and the staff at Concepts and always making me feel myself.
