This place is absolutely amazing! From the front door to the service. Everything about Panache is well worth it. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly hello, and immediate help. They play great music and make you as comfortable as possible. I've been to many hair salons but honestly none of them compare. The only stylist I've been to is Tia, and it can't get any better than her. She is the only person I trust with my hair, and I wish they had her in every city in every state. Not only does she give the best hair washes, but she also gives great conversation. She never uses too much heat, and definitely knows how to maintain and work with natural hair. She also usually gives tips on different ways I can take care of my hair myself. After every session, I always come out feeling Beyonce, and get many compliments on my hair. I seriously wish I could bring her everywhere with me. Every time I'm in Philly, I know exactly where I'll be going.

I love the ambiance, and efficiency of the salon. After my appointments with Tia I am always leaving with a smile and feeling fabulous. Tia ensures I am comfortable, respectful of my time (not sitting idle), and ensure my hair gets the best treatment. I am very happy with my hair and its the healthiest it has ever been. Thanks Tia and looking forward for my next visit.

I love Panache—it is a top-notch professional place—it is a beautiful space, the staff is friendly, I am always attended to immediately, and I always leave looking and feeling great. My stylist, Attia is absolutely wonderful! I have a lot of temperamental hair and Tia has been conditioning, cutting, coloring, and highlighting my mane through the seasons for over five years—and I ALWAYS get tons of compliments on my hair! Hands down, Panache is the best salon experience I’ve ever had.

This was my first visit and last visit at Panache Hair Salon, which I selected based on many of the reviews pertaining to the stylists that were listed. Unfortunately, mine was not one of those, which I realized after the fact. From the very beginning, there was confusion surrounding what services I needed to have done; however if you’re speaking at the same time that the client is talking, you probably wouldn’t have a clear understanding of expectations. My initial call stated I wanted a wash, curl, deep conditioner and color. This was re-stated in-person before any treatment began. The dots just didn’t connect with her. My hair was washed; I received some sort of conditioner and was sat in her chair. After a few minutes went by, I asked her if she forgot about the color. From this point, a five minute conversation commenced going back and forth with both sides defending the request (as part of the services) and lack thereof. This was followed by further information offered, letting me know that she had somewhere else to be and had she known I wanted this additional service, would have asked that I come in earlier. Well, don’t take clients at 5:30PM!!! What I needed could not have been made any clearer-after making the request twice. But once again, attitude and arrogance will get in the way every time. My stylist was combative, rude and made me feel uncomfortable in our interactions. It was challenging for her to engage in a healthy two-way adult conversation and I felt extremely agitated during the entire visit, which was rushed. I don’t know anything about the two gentlemen who work in the shop, but their clients appeared happy. For the amount of money I spent, I can go just about anywhere and receive better service and enjoy a relaxing experience. Oh, and I still tipped her...... When they go low, you go high!

Excellent service they all take care of your hair, never had a,problem. I would recommend Panache Hair Salon for all your hair needs. Excellent friendly atmosphere. Attia is my stylist, I trust her for all reccomendations and suggestions.
