My son's and mind first time getting hair cut at Benny's from Mimi; she just wowed my 7 year old (and me) with her pleasant manners, gentle haircut, and great experience and resulting haircut. Probably the best haircut we ever had. Mimi is just amazing and knows what she is doing. If you gave a very specific preference, you better tell her at the beginning though, otherwise she is gonna give you the best hair cut she can, and you maybe very happy, though look a bit different and great!

A very frustrating experience This place is run by a scamster named "Mimmi". We had to get head shaved for my toddler. We asked 10 times over the phone and on the day of the cut as well in person. We were told the price is $15. However, as soon as she was done shaving a part of the head, she suddenly asked that we knew the price was $50. That was absolutely shocking considering we had confirmed before hand. Also, when we started arguing about what she had promised before beginning the cut she said that she doesn't speak english and can not understand what we were saying. This was after she had conversed with us in English on phone and in person. Moreover, she was rude and insensitive that she just got the toddler off the seat and asked us to leave or pay in advance before she began cutting the hair again. My daughter by then was crying badly and it was heartbreaking to see her in such a situation with a part of her head shaved. This is their modus operandi and they do this to lure customers and once they begin they raise the price of the service midway. Please stay aware of this b***h and this place in particular if you want to avoid the hassle and unprofessional behaviour. Its not worth your time and effort. Finally we got it done at SuperCuts in West Caldwell which was extremely professional and compassionate. Ps- would have given negative stars but the review system doesn't allow.
