I had a great experience with Crystal. My appointment started on time, she was very nice and my install was flawless. The price is right. I will definitely recommend her.

I have been natural for a couple of years and have been out of the weave seen for years. I'm going to an event on Saturday and I wanted something different. Well I called the weave Queen and spoke with Crystal. Crystal and I talked on the phone and she was very knowledgeable about hair and prices. I made the appointment for Friday and oh by the way she opened the shop just for me... Crystal craft was outstanding, she did exactly what I wanted and explained how to maintain the weave. I love this place and the price was right. I will definitely be back and recommend Weave Queen to my family and friends.

I have been to the shop three times, the first two times that I went I had a weave with leave out which was done okay, recently I went to the shop I was highly disappointed!! This time I got a clousure I wanted a bang, when I got there she said that I didnt have enough hair, which caught me by surprise because the hair that I buy I high quality hair (iwearglam), so the hair is thick and full, but she said I didn’t have enough so I just said do a side part with the clousure. She finished my hair and she didn’t sew my clousure on properly and didn’t pluck my clousure, no it look like a wig! I paid $150 I will not be returning. If you dont know how to do a clousure then say so a wast of my money and time.. also she was rushing cuz she other appointments

My very 1st experience at the shop, I learned that Crystal is about her business! Nice, very clean salon and a clean, fresh bathroom. I sat and watched as she worked her art. I loved every one of her client's hair as they exited her shop. She did closures, hair leave out weaves, some even came in to be retightened and styles refreshed. I was her last client that day.. she worked wonders. I was very impressed with her work. I knew I'd be returning. My 2nd time, I had a lace closure installed with my weave.. BABEEEE - She did her damn thing!!! OMG, I had to give her a big hug because I was so pleased. Crystal is my beautician FOREVER.. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE her work.. her great personality too. I've gotten so many compliments.. Thank you so much Crystal.
