This place is amazing! Everyone was so nice from the receptionist when I checked in, to the staff. I went to go get my first Brazilian from Carleigh. She was very nice, gentle, non judgmental, understanding, and very informative. It was the best experience I could expect for my first time. I am so happy that I decided to go to The Spa Downtown. I will definitely be coming back here from now on. Maybe to even try their other services that they offer. If you are looking to get a Brazilian, I totally recommend coming here and seeing Carleigh. I will never see anyone else!

This place is amazing!!! The staff there are very friendly. Carleigh did an awesome job on my eyelashes, eyebrows, and highlights. I would totally recommend it! I had my doubts with the bad reviews but I’m glad I gave it a try 😊

I got a haircut here & I'm crying. I haven't gone to a salon for a haircut in 5 years because my curls get chopped up ever time. I explained this to the stylist and showed her a picture of what I wanted. Instead I got chopped up curls all over again. I can't go natural with my hair & it looks bad styled. So much for getting an easy to manage style to help me out with being a new mom. DO NOT get your hair cut here!!! Especially if you have thick, curly hair.
